I really recommend Denison University. I just finished my first year here, and the Bluegrass Music program is incredible. I am a Bluegrass Minor. It is a non-denominational school but there are many churches in town and a lot of religious life on campus if you want to get involved.

The International Bluegrass Music Association lists a number of schools offering bluegrass programs on their websites. You may also want to check with the Council for Christian Colleges and Universities They work with an awesome program in the Nashville area, the Contemporary Music Center, where students attending any of CCCU schools can take a semester to prepare for a career in the music industry.
